Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Delivery Technician to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to configure our proprietary software platform, Flight, to deliver customised software applications for our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, deliver clear demonstrations of your work, ensure quality assurance, and offer continuous support and training.

Principal Responsibilities

Platform Configuration: Use our low-code middleware to configure the Flight platform, creating custom objects and workflows, implementing triggers, and generating custom document outputs. (please note: no coding experience is necessary and you will receive comprehensive training on how to configure Flight)

Business Analysis: Analyse customer requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and participate in discovery sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the delivery process and post-implementation, including software demonstrations and project updates.

Quality Assurance and Support: Conduct thorough testing, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure the functionality and reliability of the configured system.

Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training sessions to educate customers on the use of their application.

Key Requirements

Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues during platform configuration, utilising critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Technical Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of low-code development, database management, and system integration.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience dealing with varying levels of technical understanding.

Analytical Thinker: Ability to convert business needs into clear specifications using user stories, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation.

Project Efficiency: Ability to work well under pressure and deliver projects within allocated time and budget.

Team Player: Active and engaging member of the team, supporting departmental and individual development.
