We would like to wish friend of Blue Wren, Jeremy Lefton all the very best in his preparation for the Zurich Ironman in July this year.  For those who don’t know, the Ironman consists of a 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike ride and finished off with a marathon (26.2 miles).  All of this has to be done inside 17 hours!
